Our Standing Plancha is made of fully 1/2” thick 304 stainless steel and is designed to perform in the rigors of a restaurant environment or last forever on any hearth or fire pit. Standing 5” high by default, the plancha comes with leg extensions that make her 12” tall if you’re cooking over a larger fire.

This is the same plancha that we run in most of our larger Infiernos. Tried and proven by the pros. 4-5 weeks for delivery (made to order).
