  • What does Grillworks make?

    Since 1980 Grillworks has been making the finest Argentine-style wood-fired grills on the market, with no effort nor idea spared.

  • Does Grillworks ship overseas?

    Yes, we ship direct all over the world.

  • Does Grillworks have distributors?

    We are agnostic about who makes the purchase, but very much want to make sure the end-user is happy. This desire to ensure happy grillers means we work direct with everyone.

    That said, we are sensitive to customer relationships when a retailer, equipment buyer or other local representative is making the purchase and will do our best to provide professional discounts and avoid situations that bypass a valuable professional.

  • Where are Grillworks products made? Do you have showrooms?

    All of our grills and systems are made in the USA, primarily at our shop in Northern Michigan and our extreme-custom location in Brooklyn, New York. Because we work direct and ship immediately on completion of a grill, we consider our restaurant-customers our showrooms. Check our map to find one, or contact us - orders@grillworks.com

  • Does Grillworks sell or service any other brands of grills?

    No - we ONLY make and directly support our own Grillworks brand grills and customs.

  • Can you make a special custom grill for me?

    Yes! We can customize one of our production designs for you (size is relatively easy), or make you one of our signature Hearth Array open concepts. Note that we keep to our specialty of wood-fired premium grills and don’t do typical for-hire metal work.

  • Do your grills carry a warrantee?

    Our production grills carry a lifetime warrantee against manufacturer defects on the frame/body and non-moving parts, and a one-year warrantee on moving parts.

  • I’m far away from you - how do I get support if you only work direct?

    We take support very seriously. Depending on the kind of issue you need help with, we work with you directly to help fix minor issues, will find local techs near you to help for moderate ones, and will even fly our own techs anywhere in the world if required for major problems. You will be dealing with us, not a middle-man or contracted service organization.
