Our Standing Plancha is made of fully 1/2” thick 304 stainless steel measuring 14” x 24” and standing 5” tall. It is designed to perform in the rigors of a restaurant environment or last forever on any hearth or fire pit.

This is the same plancha that we run in most of our larger Infiernos. Tried and proven by the pros. 4-5 weeks for delivery (made to order).
