This new model family bridges a live-fire gap that we believe need no longer exist. The space between our 35-years-running family models, designed for day in, day out, show-stopping grill parties and our Infierno professional grills; home-fired souls wrapped in world-beating firepower. The Langelier 36 is the perfect choice for Infierno-style power in a smaller footprint, and is built to bring the capabilities and aesthetic of our professional grills to a dream patio or event space, while the special-order Langelier 54 ups the capacity if you entertain at a restaurant level (please call for 54 quotes).

The base Langelier 36 comes outfitted with our time-tested cable lift systems, just like its smaller siblings the Asadors and CRE. And if you want the heft and strength of the X chain-and-gear system to carry our heaviest cook surface options, the X-system is a powerful upgrade.

The grills lift twin lift frames each carrying two hot-swappable cooking surfaces(for a total of four). Each can take a myriad of our accessory surfaces in addition to the standard V-Channels: V-Channels (shown), hex bar, solid plancha, or fine mesh, and if you opt for the X-system you can use our new cast iron (see below). The Blanco Oven Cap crowning the grill catches wood heat and smoke to give you a baking and roasting area, or (with a low fire) a slow smoke chamber. Side tables (not shown) can be added on each side for cool prep or chef-cocktail zones.

The Langelier 36 is designed to bring the same capabilities and look to the home, slimmed down and equipped with either our traditional cable lift system (standard) or the X system.
