The Grillworks 42 Asador is a 42 designed for the wood grilling professional who needs capacity and the ability to move around. This is the perfect catering machine. It is our largest single-crank grill we make, and has the features of the regular Grillworks 42, plus a host of upgrades:
Reinforced tube inner frame - in addition to the heavy angle stainless forming the outer body of the grill, this Asador is framed on the interior in 304 tube, considerably strengthening the structure against any warping in extreme heat.
Floating Fire Brick back - our fire brick system lines the back of this grill with removable, replaceable refractory fire bricks. The brick reflects and retains heat, steadying the grill's heat delivery. The system also provides additional protection to the outer stainless surfaces.
Heavy duty stainless castors, optionally upgraded rubber Turf Tires for uneven surfaces. Available HD rotisserie rated to 80lbs.
Ships crated, complete, FEDEX freight with lift gate service. Ships in 12-14 weeks from order.
