The Grillworks 36 is the first grill size in our residential line that we consider a "larger party" grill. The 36 has twin removable grill surfaces, totalling 36” of total cooking surface width. She has all the features of her residential siblings, in a footprint we consider ideal for a family who entertains. Compact but can fit a whole fish, overbuilt but easy to move around the patio.
A single lift frame is controlled by our signature crankwheel, and can take two V-channel surfaces (included), twin mesh surfaces, bar for hard marks, or even a mix of one of each.
Boasting a 36" x 20" total grilling surface, the grill is 48" high at the top of the A-frame.
Fully 304 stainless steel except for the replaceable tempered steel fire grate, which can be upgraded to the Asador’s stainless version. This grill can handle the elements for the long term.
The grill’s legs can come off for transport in most hatchbacks or SUVs, or to build the grill into a counter cutout.
We recommend this grill for households that are typically cooking for 2-6 people and occasionally 10+.
